Walk-on announces Clemson roster spot

Former Furman receiver Blackmon Huckabee (Clover, SC) announced he is continuing his athletic career with Clemson.

"I am proud to announce that I will be continuing my athletic career at Clemson University. I want to thank God, my family, the coaches at Furman University, Clover High School, and all former coaches/people who have helped me prepare for this moment in my life. Go Tigers!"

Huckabee (5-11 192) is a 2020 graduate of Clover High School. His Furman bio reads: (Huckabee) served as team captain and caught 28 passes for 488 yards and three touchdowns as a senior in helping Clover to a 12-1 record...squad advanced to third round of the state playoffs before falling to Dorman...registered 34 catches for 526 yards and six touchdowns in 2018, his junior year...two-time recipient of his team’s Strength Award...also ran track, earning all-region honors in the 400m his junior season.

In the right picture with Dabo when he is young, he reminds me of the young son on the movie The Blind Side.
