disclaimer: I've made 0 attempts in the past few years to lower that number, but i actually had to go in to work yesterday for the first time in a long time, and went through 3 pairs of pants before i found the pair I deemed the least susceptible to busting at the seams and/or button.

1) No extra calories from booze or soda 2) Go to gym every day. Focus on weight training. Lots of walking to stay in the fat burn zone (i.e. 115-140 bpm). Cardio is only 1 day a week but it's HIIT. 3) Eat whole foods and eat sweets sparingly. I don't worry too much about carbs but I try to get my fat from only red meat and nuts (LOL) 4) Intermittent fasting (not eating from 7pm to 12-1pm the next day)
Easy.

I take scoop of pre biotic fiber blend every evening to stop the night time snack cravings and I go at 9 am every morning, neat clean floaters that pop right out with no slimy residue.
Lowering my cholesterol too, hopefully can get off the prevastatin soon.

who took a dump 4 mornings out of 5. These pewps would peel paint off of Alcatraz walls. Horrible to the point you couldn't pee in there for an hour or so...
The tell-tale was he would always place his coffee cup on top of a file cabinet right outside the men's room. You KNEW not to enter.
