Yes horrible call. There needs to be a look in both the NFL and College levels about when to whistle a play dead. Too many times replay can't be used due to the refs blowing the play dead too soon.
That being said Texas got the field goal which still left them 3 points shy of a tie in the end if everything else in the game played out the same. Final score would have been Texas 24 Oakland 27.

It almost cost me mine too but bc I had Carr and Cooper I won very late by 4. That being said Brock Osweiler has left Nuk almost useless in fantasy.

You can't see it on the video because somebody's head is in the way, but it's clear on the reverse angle that the side of his foot touched the sideline around the 35.

That's the closest any of his steps get to the sideline, and I can see green between the white and his shoes.
