times better than Kelly's. If Kelly had kept his mouth shut, shown humility, respect, and maturity, he'd be competing for the starting job on a top 10 football team right now. I still get a chuckle out of people who mistook Kelly's antics and gum-flapping as a positive attribute, as an indication of confidence or leadership.
I doubt that Olson plays much, but he's the kind of player I'd like to see do well.

That is how they practice bouncing back to their feet after they have been leveled. That will come in handy for him when he practices against our defense!!!

The last 3 years have been pretty good...but man...they don't compare to our better years throughout history.

If we're talking best three year period I choose 88-90 ...

I would say only 88-90 would be a better three-year span than the past three. I'd take those years because not only were we great overall, but we also beat SCAR each and every year.
Of course, many will choose 81-83 when we were absolutely great, but we were also under the national microscope of NCAA probation those years.

articulate well and who knows what if Cole did get injured would be nice to have a guy that has the brains. He did get accepted to Stanford unlike USuCk where you need to color in the lines to get accepted.
