on how to fix the current problems with Recruiting through NIL offers, Transfer portal leniency and schools recruiting of players on different rosters.
Oh Wait! No they didn't! Why would the NCAA actually do something good for schools but instead find more ways to screw up already great systems.
NCAA is worthless nowadays.
