Neither did I until I ran across this link ... I found myself strangely drawn to it ... so I clicked it .... no worries, its not obscene, it shows Womens !, its not ghey ! ... it does make me want to go to the gym more often and perhaps give up desserts and MAYBE cut down on beer ...

Editors Note: It has been proven by research that beer BY ITSELF, DOES NOT cause weight gain ... its the Chicken Wings and Chips and Nachos (chips with lots of good stuff on them) that usually accompany the beer that causes you to get fat .... a 12 ounce can of Coca-Cola has more calories and carbs BY FAR then a typical 12 ounce can of beer ....

That may be true about beer, but you shouldn't drink Coca Cola either. Also, not many people sit down and drink 5-12 cans of Coca Cola in an afternoon. Plenty of people do so with beers.

By itself doesn't cause weight gain. When i turned 21, i drank ALOT. As a result, i gained almost 30lbs over a 6month period. During that time i didn't really eat much, i mean there definitely were a few nights where i munched out but i was still working almost 60 hrs a week and i still worked out. When i realized how much weight i was gaining, i quit drinking beer and replaced it with wine or mixed drinks. I got back to my normal size within about 4 months. Im not saying your wrong but for me i definitely think it was the beer that caused me to gain so much weight

the key is MODERATION. Its the 6-pack a night that will "kill you". ie 6X150 = 900 cals ... 900x7 = 6300 cals extra a week ! thats like your going to put on 2LBs a week from beer alone ... THE KEY, drink only a couple, burn off those cals (300). Take your Weimeraner out for LONG walks, like 5 miles a day ... its good for him AND good for you. A tired Weimeraner is a good Weimeraner.
