Biggest difference is the number of sunny days per year. Clemson gets 222 Eugene 155. That's a lot of cloudy overcast days DJ.

I know we all have our preferences. Personally if a city could host the Winter Olympics, I don't want to be within 200 miles. But Eugene is a beautiful city in a beautiful state. Most Clemson people would probably like it.

All that to say, I don't think weather or landscape are going to be what tips the scales. Either DJ wants to stay on the West Coast and try to get the UO program back to the heights it enjoyed 6 years ago, or he wants to be a part of something awesome and historic right now.
