Eggs

I eat two hard-boiled eggs every morning.

People say that eggs are bad for you - too high in cholesterol. Pay them no mind, they have amino acids and are a great way to start a tail-gatin mornin.

People do not realize that much of the nutritional value of the hotdog is lost during the boiling process, however, most of those nutrients are trapped in the water the dog was cooked in.
