That, folks, is how you go down 5-0 in the third inning to a team you beat easily earlier in the year, and similar play is how you lose two straight games to a NC St. team that had lost 10 ACC games in a row.

Tough to be fair the first error should not have been rule an error. When the short-stop makes a throw to the plate and beats the runner, but the catcher doesn't hang on to it, it should not be an error on the SS.

Doesn't change the fact that we are not fundamentally sound right now though.
