In FL, usually a DL or State ID. To get that, need proof of citizenship (birth certificate or passport), social security number and proof of residency (utility bill with address, etc.) .
All ballots whether absentee or in person are verified versus voter registration logs. Absentee ballots request via phone, email or mail sent to registration address.
Point being, voter registration process, voter registration logs and matching ballots to logs are key validation steps.
