Best breakfast in Charleston?

What's the best breakfast you've ever had in Charleston? I'm talking bacon, eggs, grits (shrimp and grits is cool) and most importantly...coffee. The "fancy meals" are planned and I get one shot at a normal meal, breakfast on day 2 of our visit.

You could always run up to Colonial Lake and do a few loops if looking for more distance.

Only ate there once, but I was very happy with it. It's owned by the nephew of a life-long RH friend, and they just opened a location in Charlotte.
