Say you're clipping along up the interstate, light traffic. You come upon (nice) a lone car, no other cars around, driving slower than you in the left lane. Doesn't matter if they're going below, at, or above the speed limit, they're not passing anybody, and going slower than you.
Easiest thing to do is to pass on the right and give them a "whatthefuck" wave (not a bird at this point). Right? But that's just not in my DNA. I'm a teacher. I have to larn people. 9 out of 10 times, I'm getting on that bitch's bumper, and waiting for them to look up from their phone and notice the error of their ways, and gtfo of a lane they're not supposed to be in. 5-6 seconds of no action, and they're getting high beam flashes. At 15 or so, THEN I'm going around in the right lane, with probably more than the whatthefuck wave at that point, and I'm also probably scaring them with a close cut back into the left lane (if no kids in my car).
Now...who's the asshole in this scenario? I'm fine with it being me, because I'm not changing this genetically coded obligation to correct stupid drivers.

truck for just this scenario. I will usually honk, A) to be an assshole and B) because they're most likely not paying any attention whatsoever to the road and are likely to swerve into me.

Nothing scares me more than looking around at nearby traffic and I'm the ONLY one looking around at nearby traffic. Everyone else has their heads down looking at phones. On the interstate, on curvy back roads. Everyone.
I've lost count of the number of oncoming cars swerving into my lane on 2 lane roads. I've just resigned myself to that fact that long before I die of cancer or heart disease some texting idiot will kill me in a head on car crash.

Accuses me of anger issues. Which, honestly, is somewhat applicable when I'm behind the wheel, and generally a non-factor when not. I'm WAY better now than I was 20 years ago.
My dad...that's another story. He'll drive maddeningly slow on surface streets, especially in neighborhoods. I'm like "15 is too slow, at least go 25". But if somebody tries to get in front of him on the interstate or for an upcoming turn, bucklethefuckup, because it's ON.

If they’re in a beater car though that probably hasn’t had new wiper blades in 3+ years, I’ll empty an entire reservoir’s worth of windshield wiper fluid to watch it hit their car and then watch their window streak as they try in vain to clear it off.
