This was not just a throw away offer to get a QB on the roster for number purposes. He was a 4* recruit and #10 QB in the nation according to Rivals when he came out. I believe Dabo when he says they can with him as well. Yes, we are now very thin at QB and have to pray people stay healthy. But we still have two good options at QB and both will continue to get better over the year as they will be seeing much more playing time in games and snaps at practice.

At least he was in the Spring game. Lots of talent, a little bit unorthodox, maybe prone to picks.

The last time he played and threw an INT actually hit the receiver's hands, so I don't really consider that the QB's fault. I don't see Chase being prone to picks I guess, but I haven't seen that much of him. We will see more of him in the weeks to come as they need to ramp him up quickly.
