"It is more of an indictment of the league and not the team" Not sure what he actually meant, but it seems to me he basically said, "Yep, Clemson is out with one loss. Not because Clemson is a bad team, but because the we consider the ACC to be weak. Since the we think the ACC is weak, we don't want an ACC team in the playoffs, but we can't keep Clemson out if they are undefeated. So we will put a 2 or 3 loss team from the mighty SEC in ahead of a Clemson if we can."
