Seems pretty common sense to me.
Especially since SCOTUS judges are being harassed at their home.

This guy is a master culture warrior, he manages his state like he’s watching Fox News 24hrs a day, he knows what the boomers like and he gets it done. I have to give him credit.

sea of protestors courtesy of your neighbors actions. Remember that soldier who pushed the black kid in Columbia last year? Could you imagine being that guys neighbor? You just want to get home and have a beer but have to push through a crowd and hope you don't #### them off too so your car doesn't get destroyed. Then you still have to listen to their stupid chants they repeat endlessly through a megaphone.
After all that the cops shut down your neighborhood to residents only, so every time you want to leave your house you have to prove you live there to get back in like it's some sort of military base.
I can certainly see the appeal to this law.

Oh I don’t disagree with it at all. People who inconvenience others are the lowest form of scum on the planet, especially unemployed losers holding poster board signs.

Maybe not. I tried to google it since it's been so long (and the news cycle turns over so quickly). I did find this:
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department said in April there were two previous incidents reported to deputies involving the young man, one allegedly involving him touching a woman without consent. The other involved him allegedly picking up a baby without permission.
The department claimed the victim has an “underlying medical condition that may explain the behavior exhibited in the alleged incidents.”
Didn't vindicate him, but makes you wonder how you would have handled it.
But your point was his neighbors... yea that would be ridiculous. It pays to not have neighbors.

more or less been a nuisance in the past, sounded like he had some sort of confrontation coming. Kind of your classic case of a "Kyle", guy goes around messing with people until he meets resistance, then he cries like a bisch and claims some random medical problem made him do it.
I can definitely understand why the soldier reacted the way he did, unfortunately in modern times you have 3 options.....1)Ignore the problem 2) Call the police 3) Handle said problem discreetly. Options 1 and 2 will not solve your problem.

in other words...what the heck are you talking about?
I asked why you think a Constitutional Republican would be against a state regulating that protests can't be held in front of someone's house.
That ought to be a question/point that would stand on its own and have nothing to do with the 2nd amendment.
