Don't Give CJ the Ball

At this point Buffalo is not in playoff contention. As a coach, you need to see if Fitzpatrick is your guy. Limit CJ's carries this year to reduce the chance of injury, and then purposefully increase his load next year. Every team needs two backs, but at least CJ will be the featured back and will have the workload to prove it.

Yeah, but in true Gailey fashion he will play him now in hopes of screwing Buffalo out of a better draft selection.
