No offensive trying for a rebound. No boxing out. Only quick players we have are Holmes and Mitchell. Gabe devo had water legs. I mean does anyone realize we have lost to 3 ranked teams and every one shot 10 or more 3s. It's kind of obvious the weak link here

It was apparent to me starting with the Xavier game that we not only had terrible perimeter D but also would not be boxing out or prevent anyone from just driving to the "hole", as well. Which makes for a long night when you considered pretty much every shot that we are fortunate to have the other team miss becomes a rebound and put back for the other team.
Then add our streaky offense (Grantham, DeVoe, Holmes, and Mitchell in particular), our All-ACC player and his 10 - 15 % shooting from beyond the 3 point Arch and we have no chance on a consistent basis whatsoever.
Note: I hoped we would get better when Thomas and the two Guards became available after the Orlando tournament, that maybe we were just down players while going through a shooting slump.
