I can't say for sure if he has already made a selection but I absolutely do believe there is a short list that is being vetted.

It would surprise me if Dabo fired Streeter without having a replacement already in place.

Dabo masterminded our entire program and facilities which took it to an historical height for Clemson.

A strong OC will not come if coach is going to be talking to him each play. If he hires a strong OC he will not be holding that play sheet up to his face each play.

Maybe not. Maybe Dabo reviewed the calls because he wasn't comfortable with Streeter and has no desire to continue such with a new OC.

I think you may have nailed it and possibly why he's being dismissed. Streeter is and always will be a Clemson man.

That's one reason I'm surprised about the change after just one year with the job. Dabo certainly looks extremeLy involved in play calling every time the camera shows him. Maybe it was due more to Streeter's results as QB coach.
