Targeting punishment is one of the dumbest rules in CF.

If you make it a 30 yard penalty Instead of ejecting the player I believe the coaches would reduce those type of hits. Either way replay official should be able to call targeting infraction too. Then maybe the hit on DW would have been called.

I hate this rule as it stands now!
