I think we should give Brent whatever he needs to remind him that he is the best D-coordinator in the world... why would he take a chance on being a mediocre head coach?

they put up 58////reward at contract time.....sounds something that

A bonus or a raise at the end of the season but no game to game incentives for score. It might create a conflict of interest if a coach left his starters in to insure a shutout.

There's also the related problem with starters going down from fatigue and costing us a later game. So no, give him a raise and a contract extension when the season is over.
