Does anyone know what they are doing behind Lee Hall?

I drove by for the basketball game on Saturday and was shocked to see the amount of trees clear cut between Perimeter and Lee Hall at Lots 21 and 22 as well as between Lee Hall / Lot 22 and the entrance to the STI lot.
Does anyone know what they are doing with this area? It seems too hilly for any building development.

I know they are widening Perimeter Road. Maybe Williamson too?***

Is that the area between the C-5 lot and the band practice field or the Williamson Road side?

Is that what google maps shows to be Lamda Street? I could find an Old Stadium Road.
