We've improved every year with Rittman so far, and we're brining back the majority of our talent. I'd say we'll be even better than last year.

D1 Softball has us preseason ranked at #9. The ACC will be solid again with FSU (#4), Va Tech (#13), and Duke (#22). As stated we return the majority of the team but Sam Russ provided blazing speed, Pereira was a steady, experienced player and Guimbarda hit a bunch of HR’s. We added 3 very solid transfers who are experienced and can play. Pitching is everything in softball and we return our top 4 arms. Cagle is a beast but Thompson is also very good. Spencer and McCubbin are solid as well. I’d say with the experience gained last year this team has a great shot at another Super Regional run and who knows, maybe OKC.
