When we had no depth and would lose the close games?
I am enjoying every moment of winning close.... cause we are WINNING.

injuries or playcalling or the QB or the O-line, our offense was downright awful yesterday. Yet we accomplished the only real goal, which was to win the game. We've done it 3 weeks in a row, and 10 years ago, we couldn't win one like that to save our lives. We've still got work to do; we've got to get to a point where we are winning against FSU and the coots again, but we have come a long, long way, for sure.

No doubt. We have plenty of work to do, and it is painful to watch this O right now.... but i am able to enjoy the bigger picture and rememebr just how awful it used to feel to lose at Death Valley, and be HAPPY that we finally found a way to win the close ones! And the fact that we've won the close ones 3 weeks in a row, that shows even more just how far we have come!

now. During a game, my perspective narrows considerably; I want to see play well AND win. Afterward, when the dust settles, it's a lot easier to step back and see the bigger picture.

I highly doubt the Bowden teams, or even Dabo's 2009 and 2010 teams win the last three games. I also am not sure if Dabo kicks the second field goal a few years ago...and it was the right call to tie the game at that point. You can still criticize some things, but I think Dabo has learned from some past mistakes.
