Well, Lou did help them get much worse for a while. I doubt Muschump is near the coach Lou was.

If they weren't playing us next year, they would likely have the weakest schedule of all the Power 5 teams. Muschamp is lucky, because they apparently don't play Alabama or LSU the next 2 years. So, my prediction would be 5-7 next season and maybe 5-7 in 2017 if they can beat NC State in the opener (why do they play every halfway decent OOC game at a neutral site? Oh yeah, they're chickens). So, to answer your question, he will probably help them win more than 3 games for each of the next 2 seasons, haha!
