No, they got worse........and they never started "good"

Unless Dabo changes his ways this team will continue to be what we've seen the last 3ish years.

The OL improved in the run game. Solid in pass blocking as well. A significant percentage of sacks allowed were/are not on the OL.

Offensive line (which was blamed for many of our ills last season) was much better, the RBs have been as good as expected but otherwise we've regressed as this season has progressed. We got lucky and won a couple of games we should have lost or we would be sitting at 8-4 right now, which feels more reflective of this team than 10-2. We can still end up 10-4 which would be a step back from last season. I don't know why anyone would have any optimism about things improving next season since the defense will lose a bunch of talent and the offense is a huge question mark once you move beyond handing the ball off to our RBs.

In past years we seemed shaky during the season then romped and stomped our way through the post season much deserving of the playoff and even the NC Trophy.

The last two seasons have been different. We start out shaky and continue to remain unimproved. Win or lose the next two games it's almost certain that we will continue to struggle.

Absolutely not. Once DJ got into his funk it has been a downward spiral.
