It’s the only post worthy throw from which to choose.

Imo we would’ve won with Cade in as well, they wouldn’t of been able to handle worrying about Cades legs and Ship together.

No doubt about it

The moment Cade steps on to the field the coots have to respect the passing the game and his legs. Instead with DJ they could sit in C0 and C1 knowing they we had no passing threat beyond 8 yards.

I thought we lost the opportunity to win with Cade when

we didn't get him playing time in the first half of the season against lesser teams. Our coaches were trying to build DJ's confidence to the point where he could function at a consistently high level, but it didn't work. He lost confidence each week after the Wake Forest game.
In hindsight, I'm sure there is some regret from the coaching staff that they weren't able to get Cade more time.

I think this is why they’ve been getting defensive when asked about it. They know there’s been some mistakes made, hope we see him more to close out the season. Cade is perfectly molded to run our offense, wouldn’t be surprised on the slightest for him to lead us to a National Championship

Btw this is what helps WRs gain separation, this isn’t HS they aren’t going to run wide open most of the time. The ability to extend plays opens up big plays, wish they would roll DJ out more.

Honestly, I thought after that zing we'd definitely see CK2 get more playing time.
I get he wasn't perfect during the Cuse game but seeing that play specifically had me excited to start seeing him get some more seasoning.

He definitely still needs work but that throw shows his ability. They also haven’t really let him sling it whenever he is in, the times they have he’s looked really good. The more he plays the more he’s happy feet will disappear. Definitely excited about the future with him running the offense.

what i hate to see is him not getting more experience

these kinda throws and confidence it brings builds on each other. The last throw he made this year is a pick 6 in a situation where they throw him into a blow out and he is expected to make a play to get us back in the game. He needs to flush that with something else a little more positive.

Absolutely, I hope he gets a chance these last two games. Whether it’s coming in to mop up, or coming in to provide a spark.
