Different Perspective on Duke - Tex A&M

Not all caught up in the non-existent SEC-ACC rivalry.

I do remember the Tex A&M fans treated us with class in Corpus Christi and were friendly and respectful on their visit to Clemson.

As for our Jersey Duke ACC brethren, they look down their high IQ noses at Clemson cracker footballers. Duke has used their even split of ACC bowl money provided by Clemson and FSU and others to fund hoops and infrastructure. Before Cutcliffe (who has done a great job and needs to cash in quickly), Duke put zero effort into football. Duke was right at the top of the list with UNC pushing for more Clemson probation in the early 80's and have always pushed an ACC basketball-first approach. Duke fans can be counted on for their S-A-T chants at ACC Hoops Tourneys - beyond that they are useless.

Tex A&M fans are far closer to Clemson fans in well-rounded integrity than our Duke rivals.

when an ACC team loses...
THAT CANNOT BE ARGUED LOGICALLY!

hurts us when any teams in the conference don't do well...& i HATE that it's a FACT!

not pumping the conference, but it all revolves around money & spreading our brand!
if other conferences can use their conf. strength against us as an argument, then we need to squash that theory,
STARTING WITH US!!!
