God knows what chatter is being thrown at him from family, friends and competitors. I am sure he is being pressured. They are all just kids. Commitment is a state of mind with them. We will have a two year tough time rebuilding confidence in coaching staff. Both OC & DC leaving is tuff and we are not Alabama where it's the norm. We sold these kids on stability, culture and consistency. This season certainly hasn't helped our cause. It will take time.

I would continue to expect more until Swinney announces a planned hire or some sort of plan. We are not Alabama. It will take a couple years, Brent's don't grow on trees
