No, the only thing settled was a conference that plays

a round robin type schedule,meaning everyone like the BIG 12 does,can have a Championship game with having 12 teams by choosing the best 2 teams. That way the strength of conference schedule would be the same..

The ACC didn't get a chance to vote on it. The NCAA ruling eliminated that vote.
