ACC is $240m annually at $17m per team

If correct ACC cannot compete with SEC Big10 or Big 12

Not sure your info is correct as ACC payout is closer to 38-40 million. Where are you getting 17mill

$17 mil is accurate. The $38 mil payout is more than just the TV contract.

FOX - "The current deal has an average of $220 million per year. According to Iowa State athletic director Jamie Pollard, Big 12 schools will get “close to $50 million” annually, up from the $41 million they currently receive."
