Senior year he transferred down to Oceanside around Charleston area.

I would recommend to look up QBs in his class and see if any names stick out that we may have recruited over him.

Hartman wouldn’t thrive in a traditional offense

and hadn’t been more than descent until this year in a gimmick offense. Give their OC a lot of credit. Hartman is gutsy.
