Should've gotten in before Bama, Rutgers, OSU and Mich just looking at the won loss records. Don't know what notable wins they had during the season and their tourneys. The BC loss in the ACCT appeared to play a big part in the decision to leave them out.

His track record is pretty good for such a limited head coaching tenure. They won two in The Tournament last year to make the sweet 16 and lost to Final Four UCLA in OT in the third.

They should be in over Michigan. Michigan had a NIT-worthy season and still managed to get a 7 seed. Sad that the selection looks at names over performances.

I would say so. *Maybe* only on the basis of not having a good OOC win, but still. Net ranking was 48 or so - seems most other teams in the 40 made it in.

1-4 in Quad1, with really a VT win and a UNC win being their best.

Ind. was 38
Xavier was 40
Rutgers was 77
Mich State 36
Marq 42
TCU 44
Iowa State 49
Meechigan 34

Notre Dame was 53
Miami 62

LSU, Texas Ohio State were all under 30.

Clemson was 84

there sos out of conference was awful. Did not have that many Quad 1 wins and a couple of Quad 3 loses including BC. They were not even first four out.

I would say so. Tournament picks are always strange. They seem to want to balance countrywide and with not necessarily the best teams. The best teams are never in the tournament.

At most points of the season Duke was the only team in the Top 25. We have been passed by the SEC in basketball as well.
