I'm saying they are at least doing everything they can other than getting vaxed.
They should still get vaxed and their hesitation will likely kill some just like any other demographic.
I'm saying many of the people I have seen bring up the vax rate of POC do so to absolve themselves of doing jack #### to help us get past this virus
