Tigers Selling their tickets

First off, let me say I am absolutely ok with anyone selling their tickets, making whatever profit the market is demanding etc. but what you all are doing with making people send you offers via email, text, T-mail etc. is just wrong.
I personally have offered on probably 20 ads, half never reply and the other half always reply back with you are not the highest, rebid; one guy text me and said I was highest and he would let me know at a certain time (5 hours later) to never reply or be heard from again.
Set your price to whatever you want but stop holding people over barrels so you can squeeze every last dime of a ### ticket.
that is all, AT

Yes they are and it is really quite sad. Is it worth 100$ or so to crap on 50 or 60 or 100 tiger fans that have reached out to you to buy something from them.

well if he were not trying to get every dime he could he would not have too. Simple for sale, for X$$$, when sold, mark sold or delete.

I won't do it. Let them hold on to their tickets. They'll either go to the game, or change their approach to selling. Maybe they'll be standing in the RayJay parking lot trying to sell them for face value just to save face. People trying to make $1,000+ per ticket (while legal) may end up eating those tickets when they realize that the number of Bama and Clemson fans willing to pay those fees is rapidly approaching zero. i.e. those with $8K to casually buy 4 tickets have already bought those tickets. What's left are the people willing to wait until the price hits their number or watch the game from a sports bar. Personally, I've got a hotel on the beach and I'm thinking I could save thousands by watching the game at a tiki bar. Not a bad option.

StubHub available tickets have increased 30% in the past 3 hours. Cheapest ticket has dropped 20% in price. Watch it tonight and tomorrow morning when all of the newly issued (35000) tickets could enter the market. It's about to get nasty.

Supply just went up over a couple hundred tickets since 10 am.

Prices just went from near $1200 down to $900 in that timespan.
Wait until more people list tickets they need to sell. Prices will continue dropping. It won't be too much, but I agree that people who could willingly afford these high prices have already purchased their tickets.

We'll see the price go down for the next 24 hours and then move up again. I think it'll remain flat until Sunday morning then slowly start moving down. My guess is that the floor will be around $650. But, the good news is nobody will be selling $1200 'cheap seats' anymore.

Stop your whining....If you don't like their process then don't partake. It's quite simple.

not whining, but thanks for your comment. Simple stating the greed that is being shown is very sad. I have sold to many people my tickets when I cant use them and I have made profit on them but I have never tried to use Tigernet and its members as the Clemson version of EBAY.

Just set your maximum and don't go any higher.

You know what tickets are selling for on stub hub and so do the people selling the tickets here. You should expect then to want similar amounts. You can try low ball offers but they will probably get rejected because it's still very much a sellers market right now. Come back with your max offer and if it isn't enough, it isn't enough. I don't really see the issue. Auction type sales are often the best way for a seller to sell a really hot item. I can't blame them for doing it with these natty tickets.
