I had been unable to contact my cousin since I last spoke to him Monday night. Finally his niece managed to contact his nurse. The news is not good. Diabetes is waging a war with him, he is weak and has been placed on a ventilator. As long as he breathes there is hope. Please remember him in your prayers.

I too an a type 2 diabetic but I am now off all meds and my sugar levels are great. How? In the past 4 months I have lost 54 lbs and I'm also off my Blood Pressure and all other meds, except Acid Reflux. If you have type 2 or high BP, 98% of these problems are caused by weight. You can do it like I did, but only you can do it, you have to make up YOUR MIND. What scared me, in my portal from my Doctor, it read; Morbidly Obese and I thought I was just FAT! Save your life and eliminate your problems if you are overweight, loose it!
