Since a recent hospital stay. Still on some antibiotics and low grade pain meds. But, honestly feel way better with smaller ailments than before.

I guess there's something to all the talk.

Just dropping weight pre-Sakerlina Thanksgiving gluttony.

But clean does indeed feel good.

As does skinny.
