The greatest play in this Wake game was Potter from 52 yards

Former South Pointe Stallion BT Potter was clutch. I tend to agree that was the biggest play in the game.
Actually, the two point conversion was probably bigger because DJU had defenders drapped all over him and we needed it to tie the game. Change course - the two point play was the biggest play in the game to me.

The spiral on that pass was something to behold!

There were so many big plays and we needed them all. Hard to choose just one. TD made some big plays at the end to stop Wake. Potter was clutch, too. The kickoff return by Williams was big.

For sure. I can’t remember another game with so many

clutch, extra effort plays.

One that will stand out for me is Shipley’s effort at the goal line for the TD. Not many players at any level would have scored there. He just wanted it more, and he knew how badly his team needed it.

Shipley's 1yd TD run where he bounced off of 3 Wake guys and lunged into the end zone.

That, and DJ throwing a TD pass with a Wake defender holding on to his leg like a little kid does with their dad.

Those were my Top 2 plays of the game.

The two-point conversion was pretty critical to the outcome

In a game like that, of course every successful play was crucial.

Glad we made more than they did.

flashy, but absolutely rock solid. It would not surprise me for a team to take a chance on him on Sundays.
