Davis Allen - future NFL prospect

Been watching Davis Allen play a lot over the last few years. Really think he has a shot at the next level. He's big, athletic, soft hands and can get down the field. Hes also a very, very sound blocker. The only issue with him is opportunity. Tight ends just are not featured in this offense. I really think the oc should give a few more early looks to Davis to soften up the defense. Just my two cents...

Why must we bring up UGA in every single post on this board? This was a post about Davis Allen and your mind goes straight to UGA?

Haven't tried to find the stats, but it seemed that D.Allen was targeted far more frequently during the second half of the season.

I'd bet that the higher rate of being targeted will persist through the 2022 season for D.Allen.

Oh yes, and I agree that he is a legit NFL prospect, despite not being one of those 'burner' type TEs.
