I really wish the kid well in spite of his mouth. He has the ability to succeed if he can keep himself in the right state of mind. One day when he is old and reflecting back on his life, he will probably be grateful that Dabo did what he did and set him on the right path.

Chad Kelly still is not on the right path! Look at his attitude. He needs to be held accountable and frankly apologize to Dabo and Clemson, but unless we ended up playing against Ole Miss. I don't see any recognition on his part regarding his second chance.

Evidenced by the trouble Chad got into after he left and the problems he cause his 'new,' programs.

I do not think Dabo is was the least bit happy to have sent the kid away. My guess, being a father and coaching kids for a decade, is that Dabo felt he had failed Chad and his family.

I'm delighted Chad isn't our problem and I hope the knuckle head gets over himself.
