Crowd

Nov 15, 2013, 8:54 AM

At the stadium last night, there were some unoccupied areas. But, watching the replay, the crowd looks good. Not bad for a Thursday night!

Of course, by fourth quarter last night, A LOT of people had left.

Either way, GREAT win by the Tigers! Overall, the defense played their assignments and the offense made the GT defense look HIGHLY overrated.

And, I was very disappointed I didn't get to yell, "YOU SUCK!" at the GT band. They must have been tipped off to not play that song. :)

We need to stop playing these Thursday night games! Where the heck is Swofford and his NC buddies in scheduling "fairly" for all ACC teams? What a freakin joke.

One Thursday night game every 11 years seems fair to

Has FSU played a thursday night home game....

Nov 15, 2013, 9:51 AM

since joining the ACC? I cannot remember one, but its hard to recollect.

Duke has never had a home thursday night game

Im fine with Clemson playing another, once Duke gets their turn. If anyone can handle a thursday night crowd its duke. Its about the same as a week day basketball game for them.

Who's gonna watch Duke on TV?

Nov 15, 2013, 10:30 AM

How is the ACC gonna make any money by featuring a lame-azzed foosbal team?

That's your likely Coast Division champion you're talking about!

A lot of the empty seats in the upper deck were GT seats***

I said it last week

Voters, coaches, writers, etc don;t always get to see Clemson. If any team needs the exposure of being the main game on Thursday night, it is Clemson. Have gotten better but many still have their predetermined thoughts about Clemson nationally. I said a good spanking on national tv on a Thursday night would be great at this time in Clemson's growth to the national stage

Well it happened. Tajh looked great, scored 55 points, D looked good / incredible for most of the game (somehow gave up 440 yds total offense) and overall people saw a Clemson team beat a team soundly

I think it is good at times but screws the season ticket holders who may not want or be able to take 2 days off to make it to a game

COOT - but this time I actually agree with parts

I think the national exposure is great. I would prefer to just play nationally televised Saturday games but if a Thursday home game comes around every 8-10 years I'm ok with that. Go Tigers!
