It happened to us... it can certainly happen to them.

Saban loses coaches every year but losing both coordinators would be difficult to adjust to I would think. Look what it did to us. However, I doubt he will promote from within on both positions.

It wouldn't matter if they do, they recruit well enough to not really need coordinators!!!;)

Doesn't matter as long as they have Saban and talent.

This is barely a ripple in the pond. They have wanted to fire Golding for several years. They will upgrade at DC. As for O'Brien, barring a catastrophe, it was going to be a temporary gig until the NFL called him back. Not unexpected. Sure they can locate someone that wants to make between 1-2 million per year. May dip back into the NFL pool again as their are multiple head coaches and OC's let go if they did not make the playoffs.

Beamer would be wise to accept Saban's offer as OC

if given ...

It would be a springboard to a HC job at a blue blood program ...

Not a dead end loser job like the one he's got now.

Had a Bama Booster tell me the o'Brien signed a 2 year deal

IT'S UP and will be gone sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

don't be fooled, the DC was likely told to look for another

job so Saban wouldn't have to fire him. That's a common occurrence.
