Cornell has such a great story. Would've been easy to go try elsewhere, but he just stuck it out and grinded.

Watching Powell turn into a big time college football receiver was by far my favorite part of the 2020 Clemson season. Best of luck to you in the NFL Powell. Hard work pays off. Keep working.

So proud of this young man. The very best example of perseverance paying off big. He deserves all the good things coming his way because he worked so hard for it. Looking forward to seeing good things from Cornell in the pros!

This is my favorite moment of this year's draft. It will potentially pay HUGE dividends for us. Dabo didn't quit on him, toss him aside as a nobody... No, he stuck by his side and was honest with the young man as to what he needed to do. Fortunately, CP took the advice. As others have said, CP could have transferred and never lived this dream.

His testimony and perspective will serve our future players well that are trying to decide whether to leave or exit early. Thanks CP for NOT giving up. Excellent recruiting tool.
