I'd be more nervous about the fact that he didn't get away.

Weaksauce. It's also about the only interesting factoid in this whole mess.

We already know Gus is going to handle the matter internally, which, again, seems to be SEC Coachspeak for "I made him feel bad about himself inside".

Assuming the cops didn't taze the guy and he's not twitching or still half-blind from pepper spray or some such, I assume the guy will be good to go.
