Of the top 10 leaders in strikeouts in the ACC, Clemson has only two of them. Grice and Hawkins, two power hitters who are going to strike out, that's all there is to it. We have 5 guys in our lineup hitting over .300, and three very close to .400. and even with the K's Grice and Hawkins are still hitting a respectable .250 or so. Ill take that from power hitters. The only guy who's strikeouts concern me is Brewer. Because he will go on a streak where he is hitting the seams off the ball, then slump for 10 games. He is one that has so much talent, but needs to stop swinging for the fences.

Blackwell, Ingle, Corbitt, and Wagner are the best hitters on this team. French also seems to be hitting much better this year as well. The real test will be when we face ACC pitching, but I think those guys are the real deal.
