The guy didn't put a knee into Brady until Brady had already pushed at his leg for whatever reason. I'm going to assume because the guy put him on the ground.

Tom should have just stood up, pointed at the guy while giving him the stank-eye and walked away. Giving a serious response yet keeping his cool. Then drop TD's after that. He did come across as a whiny little baby though. When in doubt use the stank-eye, it never fails.
