Help me with a stupid dilemma

I want to put one of those Tiger Rag air horns on my golf cart. You know, the ones that play just the "Hold That Tiger!" part. I had that in college. I also fully embrace the obnoxiousness of my cart and would like to increase it.
The only place you can apparently get this is Mr. Knickerbocker, which is, um, $150?! Okay. And the product description says this: "Need an Extra Boost to Get Tiger Fans Riled Up, Try This Air Horn Kit. Plays "tiger Rag" the Infamous Clemson Fight Song. Super Loud and Guaranteed to Get Attention. Kit Includes a Heavy-duty Compressor, 30-amp Relay, Hose, and Mounting Hardware. Does not include relay.
Wut? Okay, I'm able to hook up simple #### to my cart batteries, but anything beyond that and I'm probably out of my league.
My next option was to go with my childhood favorite, the Gen. Lee Dixie air horn from the Dukes of Hazzard. But my wife is adamantly opposed to that because she thinks all the neighbors will think we're racist. But I tell her I'm never meanin' no harm...
This is a dumb problem to have, thus I need Lunge advice. Dumb replies welcome. I guess maybe a serious one, too. Anyone ever hooked up these Tiger Rag air horns? What's this relay business?

It seems as if you simply are looking for a good laugh and a little bit of attention.
Have you considered wearing a speedo and nothing else? Seems far less complicated.

But just for the record I 100% genuinely support this idea and think it will be awesome. I am currently considering what goes into upgrading the horn in the car to be less dainty.

There’s tons of variations of that guy in your neighborhood already, I assume…..no need to add another. Accept your aging gracefully and let someone else be the “fun” middle age guy who plays Judas Priest a little too loud and chats just a little too eagerly with the babysitter.

been used. I think I got it as a gift sometime around the mid to late 80s. It too is super LOUD and guaranteed to get attention, and it's vintage (not one of these knock-offs that play a Chinese Tiger Rag like the new ones). I'd be happy to sell it to you for $399.00. Just so you know...if you don't buy it, then it will probably end up in The Smithsonian and every time you go to Washington, DC you'll kick yourself for not getting in on this while you had the chance.

You got positive and negative post. Knowing that is 99% of the battle. You can get a relay for a few bucks.
It will excite the neighbors if you blow it around 2am.
