Comcast owns 33% of Hulu

Since they own a fair amount if Hulu they may not care if you cancel Comcast.

Then they'll care. Disney has sole control over Hulu at 67%. Comcast would be going from getting all of your money to getting 1/3 of a smaller amount while a content rival pockets 2/3. Make no mistake, Comcast does not want you leaving for Hulu in any capacity.

That being said Youtube TV is better than Hulu live anyway.
