College Gameday Week 1 Saturday

Maybe this has been discussed, and my apologies if German, but what will ESPN air on the Saturday morning following our game next Thursday? Will they have an alternative to Gameday to fill that 3 hour block? Just can’t remember a time since I’ve watched Gameday, at least during the regular season, where there wasn’t a live broadcast on Saturday.

I think so as well. They did this in 2017 as well. Had a small college gameday at the Ohio St game on Thursday, and then had a full show Saturday morning at the Chic-fil-a kickoff game.

I don’t know why people seem to think there’s no “gameday” on Saturday. I’ve heard several people talk about it.

The gameday crew will be in Clemson for GaTech but it’s not their weekly gameday broadcast. They won’t be on Bowman field or have all the stuff they do on Saturdays.
