Little known fact about 2-win SCAR team going to bowl

Another 2-win SCAR team was invited to the inaugural Gator Bowl in 1946 ... they lost to Wake Forest before 6,000 fans.

Yet another example of a team that has no sense of shame, whose sole victories were with perenially awful Vandy and an Auburn team that was so awful this year they fired the coach. After beating Bamer last year. At least Auburn is a self respecting team and won't shame themselves with a pathetic bowl bid. Who would accept such a bid to the Belly Button Lint bowl with a straight face? How pathetic can you get?
