Great job by Coach Brownell today. I could see that he has worked with the players on closing out games.

Cant wait for the next game. I’m sure some of tnets D 1 coaches will find fault however.

I agree. The defense is not as good by far. We give up way too many 3s.

I know Simms was a big loss, but seems like most of the time we miss a good player there is a big drop off. We lose a Simms, DeVoe. McDaniels despite most of the other players back, the returning players don't improve enough all together.

Under Purnell we would lose a Hammonds and James Mays, but KC Rivers and Oglesby step up, we lose KC Rivers and Oglesby, but David Potter and Raymond Sykes step up.

To have a consistent program all your returning players have to improve.

Yeah, but using that as an example that OP and Barnes took us to three straight NCAAs. When is Brownell going to do that?

Teams would struggle to get beyond 60 points for years on us but they seem to have an easier time now. It does seem we now have some identity on offense. Good win Tigers. Keep the O going but tighten up the D.
